A. Happiness is living today and still knowing there can be MORE. Writing The 7 Minute Solution is my personal story of looking for MORE happiness, MORE purpose, and MORE meaning in life. Most books try to convince the readers that there is a secret answer to what they are looking for in life, as the author of this book - I found the MORE was in the daily journey. The MORE I was looking for had been there all along - the problem was that I was so busy I wasn't aware of it. I describe happiness as that sense of "connectedness" to my faith, my family, my friends and all of the other activities and emotions that make life meaningful and purposeful.
