Q. What is your motto or maxim?

A. Change happens in an Instant!® It happens the moment you DECIDE to change.

Q. If you could meet any historical character, who would it be and what would you say to him or her?

A.

Sir Ernest Shackleton was "The Boss" on the real life expedition of The Endurance from 1914 to 1916.  I have learned so many life lessons of believing, planning, persevering and trying again.  I would like to ask him, "Where does that belief come from?"

Q. Who is your favorite fictional hero?

A. Rachel in The Go-Giver by Burg and Mann

Q. How would you describe perfect happiness?

A.

Happiness is living today and still knowing there can be MORE.  Writing The 7 Minute Solution  is my personal story of looking for MORE happiness, MORE purpose, and MORE meaning in life.   Most books try to convince the readers that there is a secret answer to what they are looking for in life, as the author of this book - I found the MORE was in the daily journey.  The MORE I was looking for had been there all along - the problem was that I was so busy I wasn't aware of it.

I describe happiness as that sense of "connectedness" to my faith, my family, my friends and all of the other activities and emotions that make life meaningful and purposeful.

Q. With whom in history do you most identify?

A. Helen Keller, Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Edison (Believers, Achievers, Inventors)
