Q. What is your motto or maxim?

A. No deal is a good deal unless everyone walks away blessed!

Q. Who is your favorite fictional hero?

A. Well, that's just hard to pick a fav, but I'm going to say Travis Buckmeyer. He's in SON OF PROMISE set in 1940-50s and SO much like my Ron.

Q. If you could eat only one thing for the rest of your days, what would it be?

A. If I can be broad minded, Mexican, but if I must be specific, tacos : )

Q. What are your most overused words or phrases?

A. Oh this is easy! I always go over my writing to take out 'little's and 'just's. And spoken, I would say - humm - not so easy. I always say Praise the Lord, Be blessed, and answer 'How are you?' with Blessed and highly favored, but I could never 'overuse' any of those even if I said them a thousand times a day.' ,

Q. If you could be anywhere in the world right now, where would you choose to be?

A. In our new home four miles south of Clarksville tucked up in the woods with my husband. But it isn't finished yet, the green metal roof goes on Friday! The 900+ acres is the very place my widowed heroine in VOW UNBROKEN, Susannah Baylor, lived back in 1832! Isn't THAT fun?
