David A. Carter is a master paper engineer who has created the Bugs series for Little Simon, which have sold over 6 million copies. He is the author and illustrator of the critically acclaimed color series featuring One Red Dot and 600 Black Spots. He lives in Auburn, California, with his wife and two daughters.
