Elisha Goldstein, PhD, is cofounder of The Mindfulness and Psychotherapy Center in West Los Angeles and the author of The Now Effect and coauthor of A Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook (with Bob Stahl). He runs Mindful Compassion Cognitive Therapy (MCCT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) programs focusing on helping people to avoid relapsing into depression. Dr. Goldstein gives keynote addresses at conferences and conducts workshops around the world. He lives in Santa Monica, California.
