Frank Keating, the governor of Oklahoma for two consecutive terms from 1995 to 2005, is the author of Will Rogers: An American Legend, which received the Golden Spur Award of the Western Writers of America. Mr. Keating lives with his wife, Cathy, in Washington, D.C.
