Author Revealed

Q. What is your motto or maxim?

A. Grasp the nettle.

Q. What are your most overused words or phrases?

A. In speech: "Like..." (shudder, I know) In my writing: too many to keep track. I am working on diversification!

Q. If you could meet any historical character, who would it be and what would you say to him or her?

A. I'd love to meet my mother's grandmother. She's not exactly an historical character but she was so important to my Mom. According to all accounts she was strong, kind and baked a mean batch of biscuits. I'd love to meet her, share a cup of tea and just chat.

Q. What do you regret most?

A. As Edith Piaf would warble "Je Ne Regrette Rien".

Q. If you could be any person or thing, who or what would it be?

A. I'm pretty happy as myself.
