    I can't choose a movie, but I can choose a decade: the 70's. Nothing beats that era for the movies.

A. Sitting on a warm rock, a mountain to my back, my dog swimming in a cold lake. If someone I love is with me, even better.

A. somewhere I haven't yet been.

A. not learning how to speak many languages and believing money doesn't matter.

A. I'd like to be one of those people who comes in and organizes your closet. Or a really amazing singer.

A. Honestly, I think it's yet to come.

A. Judy Garland. I'd ask her if my father really was at Carnegie Hall and if it's true she almost fell into his lap.

A. As a New Yorker, it's the not cleaning up after your dog on the street. Petty, but true.

A. theatergoer

A. those would have to be timeless so: If you See Her Say Hello, Bob Dylan; Nina Simone's Here Comes the Sun, Tom Waits, Closing Time; Joni Mitchell, River; Metal heart, Cat Power. Uplifting stuff, only to me it really is.
