Q. What is your motto or maxim?

A. If you want it, make it happen.

Q. If you could meet any historical character, who would it be and what would you say to him or her?

A. I'd love to meet the female Egyptian pharaoh Hatshepsut. Women who rise to ultimate power in male dominated societies are, in my opinion, hardcore amounts of awesome.

I'd ask her what makes her laugh...cry...feel afraid? Basic human questions. Mostly I'd just watch and observe her in action (not like a creepy stalker or anything) to see how she operates as a woman.

Q. How would you describe perfect happiness?

A. Being on a private tropical beach with my husband and two sons. We'd swim all day in the crystal blue water, have our lunch grilled for us and delivered, as we lounged on padded chaises. Fresh tropical drinks in our hands (non-alcoholic in the boys' hands of course, what kind of mother do you think I am?) and a live reggae band playing Jimmy Cliff and Bob to complete the mood.

Wow. Want. Now.

Q. What’s your greatest fear?

A. Spiders. They're the creepiest things.

Q. If you could eat only one thing for the rest of your days, what would it be?

A. I'm thinking the fajita salad from On the Border because there are so many different things in that salad that it would help bolster variety in that situation. But it would be hard to eat that for breakfast.
