A. Attitude of Gratitude
Q. How would you describe perfect happiness?
A. Being completely present, with my husband and dogs (my family!), relaxed, peaceful and surrounded with love.

A. I'm not fear driven; I have things that come and go that are frightening, but I am always able to move forward.

A. Exactly where I am!

A. I'd like to be compared to someone who has a significant impact on improving the health of our society

A. My husband

A. No regrets; I think everything happens for a reason.
Q. If you could acquire any talent, what would it be?
A. I'd like to be a better swimmer! It's my weak link in Ironman racing.

A. I'm proud of having written my first book, and having accomplished some of my goals in my business and sport. I'm far from being finished, though!

A. I'm a worry wort; not necessarily a flaw but I can drive myself nuts!

A. I'm authentic.
Q. If you could be any person or thing, who or what would it be?
A. I'm happy being me!

A. I walk the walk, and talk the talk of the original Paleoista!

A. I don't have one, but sometimes my husband says I'm Wonderwoman!

Q. If you could meet any historical character, who would it be and what would you say to him or her?
A. It would be fascinating to meet someone who was aboard the Titanic; I've always been drawn to that story.

A. Passive-agressive behavior. Just speak your mind!

A. Cooking or training for my sport.

A. I'm living it! I'm so grateful.

A. No, there are too many new ones out there!

A. Don't try to change your voice to match another author's voice. Be you!

A. That I write in the same manner in which I speak.
