- A. When I moved to NYC in 1988 to work as a personal trainer, my female clients made a list of specific demands... They didn't want to sweat or spend too much time exercising and most of all, if I made them bulky I would get fired. From these demands came the time efficient, no sweat, result producing program that lies in between the pages of this book.
