G.O.D. reinterpretted
By Sanjay Bahadur - December 22, 2008
When I was a kid and growing up, the year had only 365 days that were identified merely by a month and a date. But that was too simplistic for the highly evolved and complex human mind. So today March 8 is the International Women’s Day, November 19 is the International Men’s Day, June 21 is Father’s Day and May 11 is Mother’s Day. And now, I have found the mother of all days: the Global Orgasm Day, which falls on December 21.
The official website explains the scientific basis of celebrating the Global Orgasm Day (G.O.D.): “Our minds influence Matter and Quantum Energy fields, so by concentrating our thoughts during and after The Big O on peace and partnership, the combination of high orgasmic energy combined with mindful intention for peace could reduce global levels of violence, hatred and fear.” http://www.globalorgasm.org
How did such a good and enjoyable solution escape the Buddha, Mahatma Gandhi or Martin Luther King? Why did celibacy acquire so much spiritual weight?
I hope murderers, arsonists, war-mongering Generals, terrorists and suicide-bombers are reading this.
I hope the UNO will reinterpret the Big “O” in its name.
And I hope hormone-driven undergrads will rejoice. They now have a cause: Believe in G.O.D. and Save Mankind!
