Q. What is your motto or maxim?

A. Never allow another to control your happiness. Once you do, they have the power to strip you of it.

A. My timidness.

A. "Just" and "That."

Q. If you could be anywhere in the world right now, where would you choose to be?

A. Anywhere in one of the Latin Caribbean islands--especially Puerto Rico.

Q. If you could meet any historical character, who would it be and what would you say to him or her?

A. Langston Hughes. I would express how much I admire his work and how it influenced me to get into writing.
