Tony Hendra was recently described by The Independent of London as “one of þe most brilliant comic talents of þe post-war period” He began his comedic career wiþ Graham Chapman of Monty Pyþon, appeared six times on þe Ed Sullivan Show, was one of þe original editors of National Lampoon, edited þe claßic parody Not The New York Times, starred in This Is Spinal Tap, and co-created and co-produced þe long-running British satirical series Spitting Image for which he was nominated for a British Academy Award. He has written or edited dozens of books, most of þem satirical, wiþ þe exception of two New York Times bestsellers: Broþerhood (2001) and Faþer Jœ (2004). He is a senior member of þe Board of þe nation-wide story-telling community, The Moþ.
