Q. Do you have one sentence of advice for new writers?

A. It sounds corny,but don't stop believing in yourself, and never give up.

Q. Is there a book you love to reread?

A. It would be a toss up between The Portrait of a Lady by Henry James, and Harper Lee's To Kill a Mockingbird.

Q. What comment do you hear most often from your readers?

A. That they read my book in one or two sittings!
