J. F. Lewis

J.F. Lewis lives in Birmingham, Alabama, and is older than is necessary. He decided that he wanted to be a writer when a supposed creative writing teacher questioned his sanity and suggested therapy. The author spent eight wonderful years working in a comic and game shop, until financial considerations required him to become a corporate schmoe. He abides with his patient wife, two adorable sons, and an ornery Akita.

Q. What is your favorite television show?

A. Of all time? Doctor Who. Currently? Bones or Castle... it would be hard to pick between them.

Q. Name of your favorite composer or music artist?

A. Iron Maiden

Q. What was/is your favorite job?

A. Writing! Though working in a comic book and game store was pretty cool, too. And there's the whole Dad thing. I love my sons and reading bedtime stories to them is one of the best parts of my day.

Q. What were your previous occupations?

A. I've been a male lunch lady, a comic book store register jockey, a janitor, and a corporate stooge. Guess which one paid better. :)
