Jane Bryant Quinn Revealed

Q. What is your motto or maxim? A. Get it right. I'm always hyper-aware that I'm helping readers make choices about their money--I spend my time checking and rechecking, to be sure that what I'm saying is right. Q. If you could be any person or thing, who or what would it be? A. I'd like to be a green parrot for a while, in the Amazon. They're smart birds and I'd like to fly. But not forever. Q. What are your most overused words or phrases? A. Got it. Cheers. You go. Anything staccato and short. Q. If you could meet any historical character, who would it be and what would you say to him or her? A. Thrilled to meet you, Mr. Shakespeare, I'm a fan. Could you get me two tickets to Love's Labor's Lost tomorrow night? Q. Who is your favorite fictional hero? A. Brenda Starr--remember her? A reporter in a comic strip with tons of red hair, starry eyelashes, and a boyfriend with an eyepatch. She was my childhood role model. Learn more about Jane Bryant Quinn
